I am now offering classes on zoom where a few people can also attend in person. I offer a Free Trial online class to all new students. I am now offering a Tuesday evening class at 6:30 PM and a Tuesday morning class at 11 AM in Mahopac., I am giving a Zoom class online on Thursdays at 11 AM. I offer private and semi private sessions in person as well as online. Classes are small and limited to 7 people maximum. I will be adding more classes soon.
Class size is limited.
These Classes include stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises, as well as relaxation, with an emphasis on breathing and mindfulness. Each person works at their own level and pace and modifications are given for different levels of ability. Classes are small so that people can receive individual attention.
All classes that are not online are held on Williamsburg Drive in Mahopac or at Sarah’s House of Health in Mahopac.
