I am now offering a Tuesday and Thursday evening class at 6:30 PM I also have a Tuesday and Thursday morning class at 11 AM in Mahopac. All classes are an hour and 15 minutes.
I also offer private and semi private sessions (for 2 people), in person, as well as online. Classes are small and limited to 6 people maximum. I will be adding more classes soon. You can take the classes or private sessions online also but I suggest starting with a few classes , in person, before you go online, if possible.
Class size is limited.
These Classes include stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises, as well as relaxation, with an emphasis on breathing and mindfulness. Each person works at their own level and pace and modifications are given for different levels of ability. Classes are small so that people can receive individual attention.
All classes are held on Williamsburg Drive in Mahopac. The location is near Somers Commons and Mahopac High.
