Because of the Corona virus, I am suspending all in person classes . I am cautiously beginning to offer private and semi private sessions in person as well as online. I am offering online classes. Right now I am offering online classes on Tuesdays at 6PM and Thursdays at 11:00 AM. Outdoor classes in Mahopac are taking place on weekends. Class size is limited size and enough space so everyone can be more than 6 feet apart.

Gentle Yoga and Movement
New Thursday morning class in Mahopac starting in February at 10-11:15 AM.
These Classes includes stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises, as well as relaxation, with an emphasis on breathing and mindfulness. Each person works at their own level and pace and modifications are given for different levels of ability. Classes are small so that people can receive individual attention.

All classes are held on Williamsburg Drive in Mahopac except for Wednesday evening which is held at Sarah’s House of Health.
Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening and Thursday morning classes are held on Williamsburg Drive, near Somers Commons and Mahopac High School. These classes are limited to 6 people.
The Wed evening class and is held at a different location which is at Sarah’s House of Health in Mahopac, at 900 South Lake Boulevard . Parking is off of Clarke Place. This is at Route 6N and Clark Place, just behind a small shopping center on Route 6N where Anthony’s Deli and Cozy’s barbershop are located. www.sarahshouseofhealth.com
