I am now offering a Tuesday evening class and a Tuesday morning class in Mahopac., I am beginning to offer private and semi private sessions in person as well as online. I am offering an online class on Thursdays at 11:00 AM. Outdoor classes are starting in Mahopac.
Class size is limited.
These Classes includes stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises, as well as relaxation, with an emphasis on breathing and mindfulness. Each person works at their own level and pace and modifications are given for different levels of ability. Classes are small so that people can receive individual attention.
All classes that are not online are held on Williamsburg Drive in Mahopac or at Sarah’s House of Health in Mahopac.
