I am offering online, indoors and outdoors private and semi private sessions.
Wendy offers private sessions at two locations in Mahopac, at both Sarah’s House of Health and at a private studio in Mahopac, near Somers Commons. She is also available for home visits.
Private sessions are a great way to design a program that is just right for you. In a private session, the client collaborates with Wendy and decides what to work on.
Sessions can include exercises, movement and yoga postures that increase your flexibility, strength and balance, as well as therapeutic exercises, meditation, breath work and relaxation. Wendy can modify poses that work for your unique body.
Some people want to increase their mind body connection to gain personal insight and clarity around life issues. Please note that these sessions are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
Some people join a class after a few privates sessions while others prefer to continue working privately. Wendy is also available for semi- private sessions and small groups. For prices, click on "shedule and fees"
Some of Wendy’s clients have had chronic pain, MS, fibromyalgia, Parkinsons, back issues, and anxiety. Wendy also works with clients who do not have a particular problem but want a more individualized approach that is part of a one on one session.
